Hi! Just a quick post. I wanted to share my creation for the Fascinating Faces Creative Challenge Theme at Lunagirl Moonbeams. I made a mixed media collage on a flat canvas board. I've always loved this photo of this woman. I have no idea who she is. If you know who she is, please share! She looks like a flower fairy doesn't she? Thanks for taking a peek!

Hi everyone! I'm going to be taking some time off from blogging for a week or two to catch my breath. Between being completely busy at work to catching up with spring cleaning and other house stuff, I just don't have the time to visit all of your lovely blogs and it almost seems like I have to meet my own blog deadline! Blogging is supposed to be fun right?! I'll continue to participate in swaps and create (I really need to do some of my own stuff like scrapbooking my past vacations, which I love to do, but have put it to the wayside for so long!), but I won't be posting swap photos and scrapbook pages until I get my ducks-in-row. Anyway, enjoy these pretty, spring-like images!

Hi all! Happy Saturday! I know I should be outside working on spring cleaning the backyard, but I'm not raking leftover leaves when it's windy. At least I got the bird feeders full for our chirpy friends! Didn't Scarlett O'Hara say "tomorrow's another day?" Well anyway here is my tag for this week's Tag Tuesday theme. The theme this week is "Signs of the Zodiac." I choose to base my tag on my own astrological sign which is Taurus.
I also participated in another challenge at Lunagirl Moonbeams. The challenge theme is "Spring Chickens." I used a Lunagirl collage sheet actually called Spring Chickens. You don't have to use a Lunagirl image, but I always do, because her collage sheets are lovely anyway.
Next are a few fun swaps I participated in.
This lovely Maude Fealy paper doll came from the uber talented, funny and sweet Marie Antoinette. She let me pick the theme, I kind of have a girl crush on Maude. I'm sure most off you crafty ladies and gentlemen do too! I'm in the process of making Marie's doll, It's my first one.......I'm working on it as soon as I post Marie! I promise!
Isn't she beautiful?
The lovely atc's below are what I received from Kimberly (ArtJoyStuff). The theme was "Fairy Garden."
The next swap I participated in was an Easter swap that Vivian (Vivs-Whimsy) hosted. My swap partner was Catie An (Catie An & Company). This beautiful Easter basket is filled with all kinds of goodies. I just love the bunny and the card below too!
I just love Ms. Bunny, isn't she beautiful? Catie took a broken bunny and attached everything to a vintage Avon talcum powder can. How creative! The card she sent is totally me, so vintage!
Goodies that will be put to good use!
Luscious trims and lace oh my!
